Himmarshee Bar & Grille Celebrated BR Cohn Wine Dinner

Award-winning wines, and more recently olive oils, are only part of the rich tradition that springs from the fertile BR Cohn Winery Olive Hill Estate soil in Sonoma, California. Founder Bruce Cohn is prolific not only in the grape, but in the groove, as long-time manager of the legendary Doobie Brothers Band.
But the wines were front and center when Fort Lauderdale's legendary culinary/wine venue, Himmarshee Bar & Grille, hosted a wine-tasting dinner featuring five of Cohn's top varietals paired with a four course menu and hors d'oeuvres that stand the test of the vine. Knowledgeable Regional Sales Manager Jeff Pappa was on hand to talk about wine making at the beloved vineyard, so guests took away much more than a memorable meal from the food-and-wine experience.
Himmarshee, known for its hand-picked selections by wine-loving owner Dave Nicholas, offers a wine list that ranges from super-star bottles to little-known gems and over 50 wines by the glass.
